Pedagogy : This is an internet age and age of personalized learning; we know that Internet means easy accessibility of resources. In our school we are opting this technique as well as teachers are using their skill of reading and writing. We are using such teaching practice which satiates the queries of an inquisitive student. We are using development of teaching methods that suit the students’ caliber and personal aims. Counseling sessions are being conducted time to time and we are trying to avoid cramming or mugging up the material. Here all are working together. We are in favour of tailoring Pedagogy of curriculum and learning environment in order to meet their different learning needs and aspirations.
I am an Educationist because : You are an educationist because I have learnt how to illuminate the world as education is what bolsters the integrity of a society and is what that turns ignorance unsubstantiated and is the support that beacons a human’s mind. According to me education is meant to arise a sense of understanding in learner. This is to inspire an individual towards a life of achievement, giving him the necessary tools of intelligence and cognition. Wherever we feel the need we are doing transformation to make the system refined and successful. We are opting such techniques which are making the students free from mental harassment that weakens him shilling by shilling -- at its successful rate.
In the coming years, I see Indian Education at : In coming years Indian Education will be at its successful rate. It will provide good platform to the students to show their remarkable talent and creativity. Students’ engrossment in different Projects and activities will make them real cultural promoters and peace activists. In coming years, it will become the routine work of the students to manage time, to maintain balance between academics and co-curricular activities. These activities and new methodology will be proved helpful in developing the strength of minds of students and will make them more independent and decisive.
You are an Epitome of Leadership : I have always tried to develop leadership qualities in others as according to me if one wants to be a good leader he is to experience the intangible virtues of truth, goodness, beauty, love, compassion and he is to see his weapons of intuition, insight, and creativity and is to focus his attention towards achieving goals. The foremost task I am doing by developing the real feelings in leader’s mind that he must have clear understanding about human nature, aspirations emotions and thinking.
I am trying my level best to generate effective communication with others and whatever the instructions are passed through me - must be clear and practical. The real asset of the leader is his usage of effective fluctuating tone and interesting vocabulary.
Footprints / Legacy that you leave behind : I, as a good educationist not only doing work for the people belonged to good families but also doing work for neglected people who have no access to education. My aim is to provide them free education, free food, free transportation, free books etc. For this our Gyandeep School is the true example. I want to promote education at every doorstep. Mere book cramming, passing exams, getting degrees and certificates is not education but it should be man-making, life-giving and character-building, building of self confidence and the most important - making the students enable to stand on their own feet.
I want to leave behind above said footprints so that my teachers will be able to increase the strength of minds of the students and to expand their intellect.
