Pedagogy : Teachers have to be facilitators,  more of student involvement and less of teacher talk, focus on concept learning and not rote learning,  inclusiveness, thorough evaluation, Use  technology judiciously,  teach with love and passion, the way students want to learn  and not the way we want to teach. Focus on making learning fun, easy and effective, focus on getting students to apply what they have learnt.

I am an Educationist because : I want to give back to society by moulding and influencing students to become  positive citizens of tomorrow.

You are an Epitome of Leadership : since I am a refuge and the punching bag for my teachers and a mentor and friend to my students.   I lead from the back and promote teachers to move ahead.
